My hands are strong and nimble,
They can grasp and hold and tremble.
With fingers long and supple,
They can play or build or couple.
My eyes are bright and clear,
They can see both far and near.
With colors rich and vibrant,
They can capture life's excitement.
My feet are swift and sure,
They can run or dance or endure.
With toes that grip and balance,
They can take me anywhere I chance.
My heart beats steady and true,
It keeps me alive and renewed.
With love and hope and joy,
It keeps me whole and not destroyed.
All these parts make up me,
A creature complex yet free.
With body, mind, and soul,
I can achieve any goal.
