CRY
If one didn’t laugh, One would have to cry.
It’s okay to cry, We cry to let out the love, pain, hatrade, grief, anxiety, frustrations and disappointment. I cry sometimes because I am not weak but I need to free my soul from the drowning burden. I keep wondering why life is unfair sometimes.
You have the most daring moments in your life, where you feel you can’t take it anymore, you have been the sweetest soul to your buddies, a shoulder for them to lean on, even in most heart breaking situations, you have been able to understand them and conceal their pain, joy and happiness.
Sometimes, you are tired, you are stressed, you need a hug, and someone to talk to and in most times, that person is actually You. The heart is not hard like a stone, allow the tears to come out on its own, When you don’t have someone to cry too, then you have yourself to cry with. Let it out, cry as much as you can outcry the feeling.
Never hold nor even control the pain, better cry and let all the sadness drain. It cleanses the way to purge pent up emotions so it doesn’t lodge in the body as stress symptoms such as fatigue.
Like the ocean, tears are saltwater. Protectively the lubricate your eyes, remove irritants, reduce stress hormones, and they contain antibodies that fight pathogenic microbes. Similarly, like an ocean, you need to wash your eyes with tears.
You have to crawl through a little loneliness in order to bump into someone who will cry with you towards finding yourself to laugh again. Because crying alone will never out burn the loneliness grieved when the set behind the trees and the World fell quiet.
The rain was pouring, Pouring down my cheeks, you see, it always rains when we say goodbye…”CRY”
